About us

We Care About What Ships

The G Agency exists because too many AI projects end as impressive demos that never survive contact with real users. We build the other kind.

Our story

Started From a Familiar Frustration

We spent years inside companies watching AI initiatives stall in the same place. The model worked. The demo impressed the board. And then it hit the reality of messy data, unclear ownership and a team that was never trained to use it.

So we built an agency around the unglamorous half of the problem: integration, evaluation, monitoring, training and the honest conversation about what shouldn't be automated at all.

Today we work with teams across eight industries. The measure we care about is simple — is it still running six months later?

Our mission

Make AI Boring, Reliable And Useful

The best system we build is the one nobody talks about because it simply works — quietly removing the work your team never wanted to do.

What we stand for

Four Things We Don't Bend On

01

Honesty before the invoice

If the problem doesn't need AI, we say so on the first call. We have talked more than one client out of a project, and it is why they come back.

02

Production or it doesn't count

A pilot that never ships is a cost, not a result. Everything we design assumes real users, real load and real failure modes.

03

Humans stay in the loop

We are deliberate about where a person reviews, approves or overrides. Automation without a stop button is a liability.

04

You own everything

Code, documentation, credentials, models. No dependency on us that you did not choose.

The team

Small Team, Deep Bench

The people you meet in discovery are the people who build your system.
